imho, there was a little fallacy in your argument:
time to eat + time to sleep + time to make that fone call = constant.
so, if you really wish to make that call, you'll have to sacrifice your dinner and resting time.
and when you lack your good food and sleep, it's called "busy." :)
i'd say it's all in your priority list.
